We are delighted to announce that Leon will be returning for his second year at our delightfully compact little festival and we couldn’t be happier. After trying his food last year, we knew there was no going back.

The food was so fresh, wonderfully tasty and there were things on the plate that we literally didn’t know what they were, but wow, it opened up our eyes and we kept going back for more, as did a lot of others.

Leon has been a vegetarian caterer for over 35 years, he even gave up his job as a Mathematics teacher to follow his passion to impress taste buds with his international gourmet veggie delights.

Leon uses a lot of wild food such as nettles, samphire, mushrooms, vine leaves, wild garlic and fruit from the hedgerows. Using healthy ingredients such as handpicked wild food, fresh fruit, vegetables and high-quality wholefoods, Leon has consistently provided mouth-watering food for thousands of people each year at festivals.
